We’re proud to announce that JusticeWorks Youthcare has joined Omni Family of Services, a national leader in childhood and behavioral welfare services. With over 30 years of experience, Omni operates in five states and serves families across 45 locations.

Together, this partnership expands the reach of both organizations, deepens our service offerings, and strengthens our shared mission of building better futures for children, adults, and families. 

Ultimately, it is the people we serve who benefit most from this exciting new future.

Omni was founded as a treatment foster care agency in 1991. They have expanded to provide a full continuum of care, including adoption support, outpatient mental health and community-based family support services.

Together, Omni and JusticeWorks will expand our services across 11 states to reach more children, adults and families with evidence-based, compassionate care.

As part of this acquisition, JusticeWorks’ team members will become employee-owners, giving them the ability to grow alongside the incredible organization they’ve helped build. As part of the 3LS Employee Stock Ownership Plan, team members will be able to build financial security simply by doing what they’ve been doing year after year — serving the children and families in their communities.
